Forever Grateful: In Memory of Kaycee Anseth

Kaycee Anseth, our community leader, artist, and hero passed peacefully the morning if March 16th, 2020. She will be missed, but her spirit lives on through the light she shared with us. We are taking time to grieve before continuing with part two of her vision for Project Underpass.

“I love you all more than you will ever know.” - Kaycee Frances Anseth [6.25.79 - 3.16.20] .

True words from Kaycee’s beautiful sister Erin... “My amazing, soulful, beautiful, hilarious little sister, Kaycee Frances Anseth, transformed this morning (as she would say). Her spirit will weave around all of us in many ways—both obvious and surprising—and I look forward to that. I will see her in wildflowers and foxes, hear her in chiming bells and laughter, feel her in sweet spring breezes and warm autumn sunshine, smell her in clean outdoor air and freshly turned earth, taste her in homemade ginger snaps and herbs, and know her in times of generosity and joyfulness. Kaycee was the most rooted and fanciful person I’ve ever known and to try to be more like her every day is all I will ever need to do for a rich and well-lived life. I so appreciate the support and light that’s radiated our way from everyone these past months.” .
