What is your relationship to the BCD?

I live and work on the western edge of the BCD. I travel through almost daily and see the promise for an inclusive space welcoming to the full breadth of Bend's population.

What’s the one piece of advice you would give the BCD if it were a person?

Hold out for the suitors who will feed your whole mind, body and soul. Be choosy! 

What’s your hope for the BCD as it redevelops?

That there will be gathering spaces where all will be welcome to enjoy art, music, food, and safe walk/bikeways.

What’s your fear for the BCD as it redevelops?

That it will be filled with luxury condos and their inhabitants who might be inclined to exclude fellow humans.

How would you like to be remembered?

As someone who cared, was thoughtful, and did things that mattered for her family, friends and community.
